“Why this might be different”
Fifteen years working as an attachment-based couples therapist has given me a rare depth of understanding of relationship dynamics, and heavily informs the way I now help individuals cultivate healthier, more satisfying relationships.
Sessions are 50 to 55 minutes.
Payment is accepted by credit card, EFTPOS or direct bank transfer and is due at the end of each session.
Medicare Rebates
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of approximately $101.55 per session, reducing your out of pocket cost to approximately $178.45.
To access a Medicare rebate you will need to visit your GP and ask for a Mental Health Care Plan. Your GP will assess your needs and if appropriate, provide a referral to see a psychologist. Medicare covers up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year under this initiative.
A Mental Health Care Plan is not required to see me. You are welcome to attend as a private client without a referral.
Private Health Insurance
Private health insurance rebates may also be available depending on your level of cover. We recommend contacting your insurer directly to confirm your entitlements before your first appointment.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or non attendance will incur the full session fee. Please note that cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare or private health insurance.
